Fathers Day

Well, it’s Father’s Day.  I have a pot of chili on the stove and wings in the oven.  Around noon I’ll grill the wings and slather them in my special hot wing sauce.  It’s an easy and delicious recipe borrowed from an old restaurant that uses everything from the can these days.

One bottle of Texas Pete

One Stick butter

One Tablespoon chopped garlic

Slowly heat in a saucepan.

Start this at least thirty minutes before you even think of throwing the wings on the grill.  This way, the hot sauce will be nice and saucy.

You really can’t go wrong with this sauce.  It’s the perfect scoville for most and the butter helps the sauce stick to the wings.
